Komodo tours operate in marine and remote island environments. For safety and operational reasons, Kompass Komodo reserves the right to:
Modify itineraries
Adjust departure or arrival times
Substitute destinations
Change assigned boats (with similar category standard)
Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government regulations, harbor authority instructions, national park rules, or technical/mechanical considerations.
No refund shall be issued for itinerary adjustments made in the interest of safety.
Kompass Komodo shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Extreme weather
Government restrictions
Political instability
Pandemic or public health emergencies
Harbor closures
Mechanical breakdowns
Acts of God
In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be determined at the company’s discretion based on actual recoverable costs.
Kompass Komodo shall not be responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Personal injury resulting from guest negligence
Delays caused by airlines, third-party transport, or external operators
Missed connections due to late arrival of guests
Guests participate in marine and trekking activities (snorkeling, hiking, swimming, whale shark interaction, etc.) at their own risk.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation and trip cancellation.
Entrance fees, ranger fees, harbor fees, and government-imposed charges are subject to change without prior notice.
Kompass Komodo is not liable for sudden changes in government regulations, price adjustments by national park authorities, or third-party service providers.
Some images displayed on this website may be illustrative. Boat layout, interior design, cabin configuration, and facilities may differ due to maintenance, upgrades, or operational adjustments.
Minor variations do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
All bookings are subject to our official Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
