Pink Beach Komodo: Rare Pink Sand Paradise Inside Komodo National Park

Pink Beach Komodo is one of the most iconic destinations in Komodo National Park. What makes this beach special is its rare pink-colored sand, created by a natural mixture of white sand and red coral fragments.

There are actually two main Pink Beaches that travelers often visit during Komodo Tour. The first one is located near Loh Liang, the main Komodo Dragon habitat area. The second one is located close to Padar Island, and is often called Long Pink Beach because of its long coastline and stronger pink color gradient.

The Pink Beach near Loh Liang offers calm water conditions and beautiful coral reefs close to the shore. Many travelers choose this spot for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing on the soft sand.

Long Pink Beach near Padar Island, on the other hand, offers a more dramatic landscape. The long stretch of pink sand combined with turquoise water and surrounding hills creates a surreal tropical scenery that looks almost unreal.

Both Pink Beaches are popular stops in Komodo Tour Packages because they combine visual beauty with marine biodiversity. Snorkeling here often reveals colorful reef fish, coral gardens, and crystal-clear water visibility.

Pink Beach is not only a beautiful photo spot,  it is a reminder of how unique Indonesia’s marine ecosystem truly is. Explore pink beach and more destination in our Komodo Tour Packages
